What is your "happy place"?
Every morning around 6:30 my feet hit the sand and I have arrived at my happy place. It is my ritual, my "Zen" moment, my joy...my way to start my day right, to set my intention for the day. We all need rituals that sustain us, keep us going and moving forward. I LOVE rituals and believe that it is very important for us to not put those things on the back burner that energize us or relax us... or remind us what we are all about.
For the emotional eater, food and eating have
