If you are a stress eater...

Allow yourself to relax and take time for YOU. Give yourself permission to un-plug, downshift and play... or do absolutely nothing! That's okay. The Italians call it "la dolce far niente", the sweetness of doing nothing. Shift from "doing" to "being", let your hair down, read a book, dance to your favorite song, go to the movies, meditate for a few minutes or take a nap. You deserve it! We all push pretty hard and need to learn when to stop. Create transitionary rituals for switching from being on task all day. Our evenings are for rejuvenation and relaxation. Go for a mindful stroll or shower off the workday with your favorite shower gel. Enjoy!!
