MIndful Eating Tip:
Set your table in a pleasant manner. Enjoy a healthy meal without any distractions (TV, computer, phone, in the car, at your desk) on 2 days this week. Take at least 15 minutes to you chew your food slowly, to savor and enjoy each bite. Allow yourself to unplug and be present with your meal. You may play soft music and light a candle. Have fun with it!
