What does it take to be your own coach?

  • Take 100% responsibility for your health and well-being.

  • Be pro-active and honest with yourself.

  • Remain open to change and new behaviors.

  • Know and overcome your “favorite” excuses.

  • Set your intention in the morning to make each day a healthy one!

  • Be kind and gentle with yourself.

  • Identify road blocks/obstacles and work on removing them.

  • If you don’t know how, ask for ideas and feedback from close friends

  • Ask yourself what’s holding you back (fear of failure, lack of trust in your abilities, attitude of: “I don’t care.”)

  • What methods have you used in the past to make positive changes in your life? Tap into those resources. You can do it!
