Mindful Eating Exercise

Set your dining table in a pleasant manner. Enjoy a beautiful healthy meal without any distractions (TV, computer, phone, in the car, at your desk) on two days this week. Take at least 15-20 minutes to you chew your food slowly, to savor and enjoy each bite.
