Understand what motivates you to lose weight. This could be improved health, increased energy, wearing fun clothes, less or no pain, or simply feeling better about yourself.

Visualize the Change

Create a clear mental picture of the positive outcomes of your weight loss journey, such as having more energy, feeling lighter, and being able to engage in activities you enjoy. Create a vision board or make entries into a journal. Dream big and paint your future in bright colors.

Get Inspired By Others

Reading about the success stories of others who have achieved their weight loss goals can be incredibly motivating and make you feel like it's possible for you too.

Initial Consultation

In addition to the strategies mentioned, I am pleased to offer an initial complimentary consultation as part of my weight loss program. During this consultation, we will assess whether the program is a good fit for you. This assessment will involve a review of your weight loss history, healthy lifestyle, and self-care goals, as well as an evaluation of any co-morbidities and medical, social, or psychiatric barriers to participation.

The consultation will also allow us to discuss setting reasonable weight loss goals, selecting appropriate weight loss programs, and determining the best possible weight for improved health. By offering this initial consultation, I aim to provide a supportive and personalized approach to help you achieve your weight loss and self-care goals.
