Find Peace with Food - Practice Mindful Eating During the Holidays

The holiday season is a time of joy, celebration, and often stress around food. For many, holiday gatherings trigger emotional eating, guilt over indulgences, or anxiety about weight loss goals.   4. Plan and Prepare: Bringing a healthy dish or preparing in advance can reduce stress and support weight loss goals without missing out on holiday joy.

  5. Self-Compassion is Key: If you overeat, notice it without judgment. Every meal is a new opportunity to practice mindful eating.
